This information will be processed in accordance with that stated at the point of capture. Product and services Purchase where we may have obtained your data following the signing of a contract. We will keep your information within brokerinuk.com and the Capita Group and will only share it outside the Capita Group where you have requested it or given your consent. We may share your information across the Capita group and its commercial subsidiaries, where this is necessary to provide you with a service you have requested. Where we use third-party suppliers, we will only share your information with them to ensure Data Subjects rights are adhered to and should you wish to object to this processing please follow the process detailed below.

What information might be shared within the Capita Group?

Information relating to your basic identification, contact details, and information about your customer relationship with us may be shared for the purposes of Sales and Marketing.

CASH HANDLING AND THE INVOICE PAYMENTS SYSTEM

This is to be notified that our firm does not handle any cash transactions directly or indirectly from any individual organization and business, no, never. We may ask you to pay our invoice or bill pending for our records against the services you took from us previously. I, We, and the broker in the UK, also do not take any advance payments from you. Then you will pay the bill/invoice issued to your company or individual name or account number. This is our responsibility to provide you with our direct bank details to transfer the funds into our business bank account. You should clearly find the payment reference number of that particular invoice or bill number would be mentioned.

HOW DO WE EARN MONEY?

We only earn money for our services from the brokers in the shape of a commission. We sell our advice and consultation services to you on behalf of our affiliations or partners business partners broker's business. If we do not earn any commission from the partners then you may be rendering the services directed from us, which means you are expected to receive the bill or invoice for that particular service directs from us.

No, we are not "FCA" regulated yet. Once we will regulate then we shall keep you updated on our terms and conditions on this page in the future. We do not hold any cash payments for the services in advance or deposit.
